I don't normally cry either. I'm not a cryer for movies either. I guess the closest I've come was with certain scenes in "The Bluest Eye" and "Black Beauty". If you haven't read the latter you so do not get to diss until you have...I'm sure there have been others, but I don't know for sure. I was very frustrated with the end of "The Desert Spear". All of that frustration may very well have brought me close to tears.

I tend to be a rather emotional person, so when I'm reading a sad book, I generally tear up, or cry if the book has really touched me. An example that I have used on many other topics - TFIOS by John Green. This book is amazing!

Omg, I cry all the time. I cried when I read "The Outsiders" way back when and recently when reading "Eight Keys". My students all cry when reading anything by Lurlene McDaniel.

I go out of my way to avoid books that make me cry. I actually have stopped reading books in the middle because they made me too emotional. I know these are great books but I just can't go there purposefully.

Twilight is an awesome book which has made most of the peoples to cry then as per me when i was reading some Indian book called Can Love Happen Twice and I Too Had A Love Story i cried a lot like i felt the story from the bottom of my heart. Usually it happens sometime we cry, laugh while reading books.

I have only ever cried reading books when I have been pregnant - the hormones turn me into a total sap and I cry reading pretty much anything.

Books never made me cry.... For 23 whole years of my life I have never picked up a book and cried. Then I read Beyond The Pass by E.K Hughes and was reduced to a blubbering mess after I finished the book

All the time. Books make me crazy sad. The latest would be The Hunger Games. I got so upset at this one scene during the games.

Yes I do cry but not a lot when an emotional scene comes while reading a book. The books that have made me cry are:
The Book Thief by Markus Zusak
Tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Albom
The Godfather by Mario Puzo
The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas
The Fault in Our Stars by John Green
Me Before you by Jojo Moyes
