The McCoys before the Feud by Thomas McCoy. I gave it 3/4 stars. It was a good book, just had some repeated things.

I just finished reading the third book in The Throne of Glass series: The Crown of Midnight. I would give this amazing book a 4/4 because of the character development, the inability for me to put the book down, and the huge plot twist at the end! :D

The last book I read was The Mindset by Ace Bowers. My rating was 2 out of 4. It was a good read but I felt the author did not touch on how to grow a positive mindset which is what I initially thought the book would be about.

"Fighting to Breathe" by Jong Yi was the most recent book I read.
This book exposed extreme racism, sexism, and segregation in socialized societies during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This book got 5 out of 5 stars from me.

I finished reading Barefoot in the Parking Lot by Vineet Verma yesterday. It's a Crime Thriller and I gave it a 5/5. It was well written, with an amazing set of characters. It keeps you guessing as to who the murderer could be, because everyone has a motive.

The last book I read was "The Geography of Bliss" by Eric Weiner. I would give it 5/5 stars.

The book is about a journalist's search for happiness. He travels to find happiness, in a very literal sense. Each chapter of the book is about a different country and the attitude that people have towards happiness in that country. It was an eye-opening journey reading this book, as I understood more about how people from different countries approached life and the different things that bound us together under the umbrella of humanity. I would highly recommend this book to anyone interested in travel literature, psychology or journalism.

4.5/5.
I love that book! It's especially interesting how the author has used a language of his own construction. I couldn't understand anything at first but it sort of grew on me as I kept reading the book. Innovative stuff.

The last book I read was a memoir called The Mindset by Ace Bowers. It was a fantastic story about overcoming hardship in the pursuit of success. The book is about 100 pages, so it was a quick read, but I couldn't put it down!

Lately I've read 'Normal People' by Sally Rooney and even though the book is well written, I wouldn't give it more than 2 out of 4 stars. Mostly because this story doesn't bring anything new or unusual, it's not unique in any way nor nothing unexpected happens. It's just a simple story. The author obviously has good writing skills and narration is smooth and easy-going, but I can't help impression that after all, she doesn't have much too say.

The last book I read was The Final Spark by Richard Paul Evans. It was the last book in the Michael Vey series. I gave it four stars out of five. I liked it, there just could've been a little more detail in some places and there could have been more closure at the end. Kind of left me hanging on some of the characters at the end.
