Favorite Retelling

I've always been a fan of fairy tales, and love retelling of them. I've recently gotten into Christina Henry, although I haven't read the books yet. They seem like pretty interesting concepts, a little on the darker side which is always a plus.

What is your favorite Fairy Tale retelling? and what fairy tale is it based on?
