I have some favorites I have read over a few times, Collected Works Of H. P. Lovecraft, the Sherlock Holmes stories, Lord Of The Rings but mostly I get rid of books after I read them.

There are plenty of books I've read more than once but there is usually about a ten year time period in between reads.

I read Sword of Shanarra of Terry Brooks, it is the same as the novel of Sherlock Holmes. Have you read that?

I was curious so I actually went and counted.
I have exactly 315 fictional books in my bedroom (housed in three overflowing floor-to-ceiling bookcases). I didn't include the non-fiction because those don't count. Not bad for someone who's only been reading 'seriously' for about 5 years!
I wonder how much I've spent on books over the years. Thousands probably.

I have a few books but I love to read them over and over again. But not everyday, everytime I am in the mood.

Me too. Some of my books are so well-read that they stay open when I lay them on the table. My Harry Potter books probably receive the most love from me. I must have read the series close to 20 times

I haven't read the book of Harry Potter, is it enjoyable to read than to watch?

Yes! The books are much better than the movies (as is usually the case). You should read them if you get the chance. You must be the last remaining person on earth who hasn't read them already haha.

I havent read Sword Of Shanarra altho Ive heard of it, Ill check it out. Ive never read the Harry Potter books either. I saw some of the movies but I wasnt impressed with them. The first one was pretty good but the others I didnt care for at all. I might get some of the books, Ive heard so many good reviews about them they must be good.

Around 400... But if you count the text books and other non-fictional books I'll probably reach a thousand.
For a person who started taking reading seriously 4 years ago, that's quite an achievement
Those are the books I own, as for what my family own we'd probably be well over 4 thousand. My parents are bookworms!
