Maybe youve never had birds. newspapers or book pages make good liners to soak up the doo-doo.

Ive never actually used book pages for birdcages but there have some books that I was tempted to, they were that bad. I have too much respect for books for that, even the bad ones. The ones I dont like I give to the thrift stores. With e books I put the ones I dont like on a disc and give them to a friend who reads everything, good or bad. That way somebody gets use of them.

I personally prefer books but e books are much more practical and you can download books easily, so.... E-books are better.

Personally,I prefer Paper Books.
Because it is very easy to get tired when reading a E-book.

Definitely paper! Although ebooks have their own charm.

A good book is a good book regardless of how I read it, ebook or paper, doesn't matter to me!

Absolutely agree. Last 3 books I read were regular paper and the 2 prior to that were on my Kindle.
As long as the book is a good read the reading format is immaterial IMO

Sadly it matters to big business..the Borders book shops are closing all 490 branches of their stores in America by the end of September. A sad day when electronic books close the traditional book store.

I heard on the news this morning that e books outsell paper books 3 to 1. I guess thats progress. Everything changes sometimes too fast I think.

I prefer paper books.
I really dislike reading on a computer.
Even when a document comes only as a PDF, I still like to print it, walk away, and read it somewhere away from the computer, usually to the kitchen table where I like to snack and drink as I am reading.
