Big Appearance Changes -- Bear with us!

So that we can provide faster and better support, this forum (the "Public Suggestion Box") has been retired. Instead, please send any suggestions you have to us using the official website contact form.

This allows us to streamline our support system so that we can get to your message much faster. Instead of our support staff having to check three different places (support forum, suggestion box, and contact form messages), they know can respond to all message through one method, with that one method being the official website contact form.

Since the update, I've not been receiving notification emails. I get the BOTD announcement, but none regarding PMs and whatnot. I've also noticed that I don't have the one click option to subscribe to forums/topics, or to bump topics?

Do you mean where you set up your profile? If so, you can find a link between the FAQs link, and the PM link :tiphat:
I also have not received notification emails since the update, other than the BOTD announcements.
Ditto!
Same here. But I love the new look. Especially the navigation bar on the top right.

I had the same problem, but now it seems to be fine. All I did was go to my UCP to Board Preferences. I didn't chance anything, but I did hit submit again and got a whole slew of email notifications. So I think it works now. It might just need a reminder since the website has been recently updated. Hope this helps and works for others! :)

It works fine now without me doing anything.

I fixed the notification email issue. I think all the unsent notifications had been saved in the queue and were sent out yesterday.

I've been away for awhile, and I was completely impressed when I signed in (finally!) today. This site looks better and seems to be better organized, and information about how to do things seems much better as well. I guess that's my word of the day--BETTER! Thanks for all the work you're doing!

It's already been over a month since the update.

If you notice any pages that do not look good or are hard to navigate or seem glitchy or whatever, please let me know. When reporting the issue, please let me know if you are using the mobile version or the desktop version of the website.

The new version is expected to by much better on mobile. So if you are on mobile and having any trouble or notice any pages that don't work well on mobile, please let me know.
