I am so glad that this book wasn't the case for you. I love fantasies and young adult reads, so this might be a read for me. Congratulations to the author for receiving a glowing review!

Thank you! It was a fantastic read!
That's great to hear! I just got a copy. :)

You can always tell that a book is good when the reader becomes one with the story! Great review!

I don't read a lot of young adult novels, but the ones I've read have been pretty great. This one sounds like it could join the ranks. Thanks for the great review!

Thanks for the review. I like it when a young adult novel stays a pg rated book. Some times it seems that even though it is in the young adult genre it turns into more than a young adult should be reading.

I don't think this is the book for me, but I'm glad you enjoyed it so much. I can relate to being disappointed by books lately. I've been in the same boat.

Sounds interesting! It is good that the character development makes it relatable to the reader and that the pace is steady. Good job on the review!

Character development is sometimes lacking in YA novels so I'm glad to read that this one seems to avoid this pitfall - maybe I'll give it a try soon :)
