The January book of the month is The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time by Mark Haddon. Please use this thread to cast your vote to determine the February book of the month. The poll will be open until the February 15th. Whichever book has the most votes by then will be the book of the month. Click on the following links to get information about the books:

American on Purpose: The Improbable Adventures of an Unlikely Patriot by Craig Ferguson

The Epic of Arya: In Search of the Sacred Light by Abir Taha

Chased by Demons: How I Survived Hitler's Madness In My Native France by Jacqueline Grossman

Girl Talk by Stella B. Good

Tame Your Terrible Office Tyrant: How to Manage Childish Boss Behavior and Thrive in Your Job by Lynn Taylor

Eva Trout by Elizabeth Bowen

In The Miso Soup by Ryu Murakami

The Road to Damascus by August Strindberg

All But My Life by Gerda Weissmann Klein

Let the Great World Spin by Colum McCann

Gentlemen and Players by Joanne Harris

A Prayer for the Dying by Stewart O'Nan

Please remember to vote for the book that you think would be best for the whole group to read, not just your personal favorite.

Thanks!
Scott

The poll goes on halfway through February? Or did you mean January?

I'd like to join your group, but I'm a couple days late to vote for February's book. Since you have a tie, I will say I would prefer Let the Great World Spin by McCann

i can see why there's a tie. they both sound really great. personally, i'm going to buy both, but I think In the Miso Soup should have the spotlight this month. Maybe Let the Great World Spin some other time.
