Swan Song is an amazing book by an amazing author.
It has everything...magic, murder, new life, war, love, friendship, quests...the best "what if WWIII book I have ever read, probably because you immediately love each and every character, even the evil ones because they're so darn evil. The "good" characters are what make this story though, I have been recommending it to people for over a decade.

Swan Song has won. I had a hard time getting my hands on a copy, but I ended up finding it in PDF form. I'm going to be reading it, and participating in July's discussion of it.

oh man! I read Swan Song in college. A friend recommended it to me and I loved it. This gives me a good excuse to pull it back out.
I'm pretty excited for this. XD
