I cannot wait to read The Reckoning, Part 2 of The Taker Trilogy by Alma Katsu. The Taker is a wonderful book; very entertaining and The Reckoning, I know, will continue the excitement. I cannot wait!

Next on my list next week is 'Labyrinth' by Kate Mosse, I really enjoyed her quirky and spooky book 'The Winter Ghosts" so I will give this a chance, mind you I read Winter Ghosts in one sitting, I wont be doing that to this 700+ page beast!

My next read will be The Sisters Brothers. I keep hearing great things about this book wherever I go. And since I have never received a bad recommendation on these boards I will be going with Labyrinth after that. I already have it on 'reserve' with my library.

Having a hell of a time getting to the end of Nobody's Fool due to time constraints with my day-to-day free time for reading but I am enjoying every page immensely.

And I've read a survey where 70% of the population read crime thrillers!

Excellent choice Bighuey. Mockingbird is one of my favorite books of all time. I am pretty sure you will really like it.

OR ...

Was this a reply to louisgeorge ? In which case I will most heartily second your recommendation.

My next book is called the "French Spirits by Jeffrey Green, about an American family moving into Burgundy France. Again living my life vicariously through others :D
I am also about to start the "Western Front Diaries" by Jonathon King, about the Australian men fighting on the Western front with their own accounts, letters. postcards, and photographs to tell of their experiences. A Birthday present from my Daughter :D
