Fifty Shades of Grey
I am new to this but I have a question: what is Fifty Shades of Grey really about? I have heard so much about it and as a voracious reader I am tempted to read it. However, I want to know what I'm getting myself into. Anyone out there in the ether how has read it or is reading it that can enlighten me as to what it's about and why so much gossip?
thanks!

I agree! I read a little bit and didn't like it!Maud Fitch wrote:If you are interested, just read the book. You can always stop reading if you are dissatisfied. Otherwise, you are giving it inadvertant publicity. As Bighuey wisely says, read one porno erotica, you've read 'em all.

You're probably right BH. The trouble with banning a book is that it just makes it more popular. It defeats their purpose and gives it a lot of publicity.Bighuey wrote:Im sure the ones who ban them read them through 7 or 8 times, probably in the bathroom, with the door locked, to make sure if they should be banned.
