Very nice work Coldfire, I like it. Also I am not scared to upset you. :D I was in the wrong, I did you an injustice and you deserved an apology. I am not scared to upset anybody on this forum, well maybe Moogle.

Once I realized that Coldfire was not plagiarising the poem, I felt so bad about my post. He deserved my apology. Plagiarism is a pet peeve of mine and I think that is why I jumped the gun with my post. Don't know what Mike is doing, I think he is still out there trying to prove that Coldfire is a Psycho Killer.

Don't get jealous. I still need a woman. Breakfast as usual, dear?

Stop worrying, Gannon. Fellows have shot bullets at my chaps, trying to kill us. We killed them instead. After that, a simple mistake among friends is completely insignificant. You and I are friends again. End of story.

Yippee!

I need a drink. To pluck up courage. I am going to do something very brave.

I am going to eat the curry that I cooked last night. My own new recipe. Tuna, mango and cashew curry. It didn't look very nice last night. It didn't taste nice either. I left it simmering over-night to see if it would improve. It didn't.

I am going to eat it anyway. And pretend to enjoy it. To please the cook.

I need that drink first.

Thank you, darling. I knew that you would always see the best in me.

(Good grief! There is no chickening out now. Fran believes in me. I can't let Fran down. I really do have to eat that curry. Cowardice is no longer an option.)

I think I know where I went wrong. Tuna does not have a strong taste. Nor does stewed mango. Nor do boiled cashews. And I only used mild curry powder sparingly, because I did not want to overpower the other tastes. In fact I finished up with a very bland stew, that had no real taste at all.

So I have added some hot pepper sauce. And some more salt. And some garam masala spices. It has become too thick after all that simmering. So I have added blueberry juice as a liquid. Perhaps that will restore it as a fruity curry. Coconut milk might have been better, but I don't have any.

Leave it to simmer a while longer, and I'll test it again.

I have sternly disciplined myself not to eat anything else, until I have eaten that curry. I'm sure that it will be welcome food for a starving man.

You shall indeed, Laci, this pub needs your famous 12 hour binge sessions to keep my cash till in the black so order away, shall it be tequila tonight? Fran takes red wine and Coldfire takes a BLOODY mary (ahem, sorry about the murder accusation, Coldfire  ), and Im being good so give me a Lucozade and pull up a chair, girl, you have a lot of catching up to do with all the new members and gossip in the forum. Cheers!

I'll leave you catch up with Fran first, she will give you the lowdown on the many "goings-on" here lately
