LOL - I totally agree. I live in a four bedroom house with five brothers and sisters, three rabbits, and two adults. It is never quiet, but I have found that the best time to read is either first thing in the morning - usually about six AM for me - or last thing at night - around 9pm.

It should be quiet here now (just past 1am), but three of the rodents are nocturnal, and playful. Are rabbits nocturnal?

Christine80 wrote:I can read with anything going on as long as the book is good. I will get sucked in and the world around me evaporates. My kid has ADHD and if it is not completely quiet with no distractions he will be paying more attention to what is going on around him than what is going on in the book.
