Has anyone else watched the show Spartacus?

Here is my favorite song from all four seasons of the show:

Since this is a book forum, does the feeling of this song remind you of any books or stories? :)

It's hard to fit music to books, but my favorite book is Of Mice and Men, and I can definitely see some connections at the end of that story.
