Poem: Marriage

Post by Skillian »

Marriage. By Killian Frary
Contained within a box is a thought.
That thought has yet to come to life.
For the box has to be opened.
The thought is love and love is life.

It waits for the kindness of being opened.
It waits patiently, for patience is love.

Focus is on the box.
The box is all that is known and seen.
Until it is opened.
It shows love.

Love is taken from the box and put on a finger.
It is love which gives life.

It does all it is meant to do.
It lives well to be put back in a box.
Still on a finger.
With a person loved.

In conclusion, through loving children we are kept in thought.
And thus a thought well lived lives on.
I love LOVE. <3
