While this isn't classified as "music", I like to listen nature sounds to fall asleep, such as thunderstorms or streams, or a gentle rain forest shower.

Mostly pop ballads, I used to listen to "Don't Look at me Like That" by Song Ji Eun almost every night before falling asleep.

I used to sleep to music, any kind really. Then I married my husband, and now we just have a white noise machine.

Honestly I usually just fall asleep with the tv on. BUT I have a great song that help me fall to sleep: A time to sleep by marble sound. The instruments a very gentle and dream like and it sounds like an adult lullaby.

I usually listen to a podcast in my target language but they wake me up in the middle of the night lately, so I'm only playing background noises, especially rain.

I like listening to any rappers that have more chill beats that others of their genre. I find the beats to be very relaxing, and it helps me fall asleep super quickly.

Its rare that I sleep to music but if I do, it's usually some kind of soft melody that will ease my restless mind and help me fall to sleep.

I don't sleep with music since I tend to fall into sleep in anytime. And it's bad to listen with earphones for 6 hours.

The only music I'm able to fall asleep to is soft instrumental music. I usually sleep in silence, but occasionally I use rainymood.com to fall asleep.

I agree with lovelyreader21. I like to listen to rock music as well, but sometimes I will listen to a little classical. I like alternative rock more than heavy metal or "the oldies". No offense to anyone who listens to those genres.
