Nice. And true!

^ For now I do not have first experience of one wife or multiple ones...
But I can certainly imagine the peaks and valleys..

The valleys usually aren't so final as they are in this book.

HA HA HA HA HA.... Indeed, most wives are considerate enough not to kill their husbands for the insurance money. ;-)

^ Indeed. I will never forgive the wife who killed that Simpsons voice actor (Phil Hartman). Even if she had half a good reason, the guy never got the inflated paychecks that all the other veterans now enjoy. Anyway I'm actually having a good day, first review published. Hope you are too.

If you're beginning to sicken and ail, or
your wife over-frequents the tailor
then ready or not
it's poison and plot
and your new best friend is the jailor

a poor attempt, but I'm out of practice

Wicked wives don't come from the east,
Wicked wives don't come from the west,
The place to most fear the wicked wives,
In when you are snuggled up in your nest!

Love the false security of being *snuggled*.. that's one of my favourite words, come to think of it, and yet I rarely use it outside of my own thoughts.

I haven't read it yet. I'm glad to know beforehand that it's campy and over-the-top, so I can adjust my expectation of it.
Those were great, hilarious haiku.
