OMG!....THAT'S my fave combo...

Cream of Buckwheat ( kasha cereal) that is close to grits/farina, but WHOLE GRAIN...

A hunk of Watermelon and a homemade sugar free blueberry muffin, made w/Stevia...

I'm in heaven w/a black bean veggie burger, melted swiss on top, so good didn't even need a roll, just some ch. onion ketchup and relish...I made it from scratch, Soooo good !...

a big green salad, and the best choc. walnut fudge I've ever had in my life! which happens to be SUGAR FREE ( Vermont Online Country store) Extraordinary!
