No, not in the states. Ive seen authentic Chinese food in Hong Kong. There you can get cat, dog, lizard and other various road kill or whatever else they pull out of the bay. Its best not to inquire too closely what you get in a cafe. Chow puppy mein, chop kitty suey, snake egg rolls and other yummies.

Whats around me, same old stuff. bag of dirty laundry, coat hangers, bottle of Rolaids.

If youve ever been in a Chinese resturant at the end of the day, that would turn you off. Greaseville. Grease everywhere. On the walls, in the carpet, on the ceiling, everywhere. When I cleaned carpets we did a couple Chinese resturants and they were bad. Ill never do another one. The kitchen cleaners had to use a steam cleaner in this one place to clean the walls and appliances. The left over food they would dump on the floor and the morning guy would have to clean it up. You see some strange things cleaning carpets. We were called to this one house, it looked well-kept on the outside, but the inside was a disaster. Junk piled everywhere, garbage all over, the place smelled like a rendering plant, and we told the lady, she looked and smelled as bad as her house we cant move all that stuff. She said just go around it, We did the fastest job we ever did just to get out of that place. She said she wanted the bedroom carpet cleaned, the bedroom wasnt as bad, but it stunk to high heaven. Normally we would move the bed and get under it, but it was a water bed. What we would do in a case like that is hand scrub back as far under the bed as we could reach. I was doing one side and my partner was doing the other side. Nathan said you better come look at this. The light was better on his side, I looked under the bed and there was a dead dog. We told the lady and she said I wondered what happened to that dog. Its been missing for about a month. We hurried and did a really crummy job, but she said it looked good and she would call us again to clean it. When we left, I told Nathan I hope she loses our phone no.
