Hi Fran: Have you seen "Turn On The Lights, I Think You're Eating My Tie" yet? Hope so. I've got lots of tickets if
you need any. Cheerio.

As far as I know, I'm the only one in my fraternity that went to Nam. One guy I graduated from high school was KIA
in 1966. We were friends. He joined USMC with another guy I knew. I found the guys name on Facebook 2 years ago.
I called him up and we shot the breeze. We talked about Don, our friend who had died. I told him I was there 9/68-4/69.
I asked him when he was there. His answer: He played for the USMC Golf Team for four years. The only time he left the States was to golf on a US Military Base in Europe. This guy used to be a COMPLETE thug. You could have knocked me over with a feather!!!

"But i'm a Cheerleader!" Its about a cheerleader who's family sends her to a "Straight camp" because they think she's a lesbian. It's quirky, hilarious and i absolutely love this movie. 5/5 for me.

I watched Shutter last night. Best horror film I have seen for a while. Well made, not the usual garbage they make nowdays. Its about ghostly revenge, the last scene is a grabber.

I started to watch one called Puffball, its an Irish movie but I couldnt get into it. It didnt really explain what was going on and after one disgusting part, even for me, I turned it off.

I watched the whole of the first series of The Walking Dead with my best friend yesterday (even though we're both WAY too young, but who cares) and it was AWESOME!! It's got a load of gory zombie stuff, but it's got a proper emotional storyline as well, so it's not JUST exploding horses, rotting halves of girls dragging themselves along the ground with no face, and hacking up dead peoples' guts. I would give it a 7 to a 9 out of 10, depending on which episode/mini-movie you're talking about. Horror fans, it's a must-see!

Just watched American Reunion with the fiance and some friends. Er, very American Pie, of course. Not really much to say about it. Probably my least favorite of the ORIGINAL American Pie's. It was however good to see how they wrapped everything up at the end. :|

This may be the stupidest question on the planet, but what are the American Pie's about..? I know I've seen adverts and heart about it and stuff, but...can't remember what they're actually about. >_<

If you go with the original American Pies, which is the first second, wedding and reunion, it's a guy that really really messes up in the weirdest ways of perversion, and somehow finds a way out of it. Thats the best way i can describe it haha. Anyone else want to give that description a shot? haha.

But the other ones, Naked Mile, and such are just well basically the same story line, just grosser/dumber in my opinion. As weird and perverted as the originals are, they still have heart. sometimes.

I must be unknowingly attracted to dumb movies. I watched another winner last night, some bomb called Mortuary. About sewer sludge taking over people and turning them into dead sludge monsters. A real peice of crap, dont know why I even watched it to the end. No direction, everyone running arould screaming and yelling, it didnt make a bit of sense. Unbelieveable phony situations, it was as if someone took all the parts and threw them up in the air, let them land where they may, stuffed them in a can and released it. Tonight I plan to watch something decent like Plan 9 from Outer Space or Invasion of the Teen-Age Zombies. Something with class.
