I've been getting better about water, and I try to drink between 3 and 5 bottles of water over and above what I drink during meals (I usually drink 1.5 to 3 glasses of water per meal). But I also drink a lot of soda--I don't drink coffee and due to my being on the go a lot I am in constant need of caffeine. So I am trying to kick the habit, or at least lessen my amount.
The joys of literature transcend the evils of the world. I believe in its miraculious baptism and emotional power of the words trickling down the page. To me, there is no higher artform...

I drink about 5-6 glasses daily, sometimes more, sometimes less. Being pregnant I know I should be drinking a lot more but I LOVE my soda!

Majority of my fluid intake is water. On occasion a sip of sprite or cranberry juice, but mostly just water.

On average I drink 1-2 quarts of water per day. To everyone else, drink up!

I drink water like its.... water? :? Ummmm that sounded better in my head  Lol lets just say a lot :D The problem with trying to count how many glasses is that I usually drink water bottles and I think 1 Poland Spring water bottle is technically 2.5 cups (someone correct me if im wrong :) ) Anyway I drink anywhere from 3-8 bottles a day... yeah I love water :D

I used to drink a lot of water but I've not been doing so well lately...

I'm trying to get back to drinking a good amount each day.

Can iced tea count as water?

Is it true that one should drink HALF their body weight in ounces of water ? ( heard it on a radio talk show here from a doctor )

Fact or fiction?

Well, I think that everything that contains water in it counts to some extent, really. (Though, of course, it's important to drink just water as well.)

I've vaguely heard of that too! I'm not entirely sure if that's true or not.

Fruits and veggies contain the MOST water...I never crave water, I guess it's cause I'm on a low sodium diet...

The only time I experience " thirst " is after eating Chinese food, and then I can't stop drinking water...

I definitely need to eat more fruits and vegetables...

I drink at least a few glasses of water a day out of habit mostly, and I tend to carry around a water bottle with me all the time when I go out, it's a useful thing to do in case I do end up needing it.
