Thats for sure. One of those low-budget cheapies I liked was The Giant Gila Monster. It was kind of crude, lousy special effects but it had a good storyline and fair actors.

The Beast of Yucca Flats. The worst, non-adapted movie I have ever seen. Not truly in the horror genre, but actually in the horrible genre! :doh:

Chronicle. It was a really good movie! Even though I'm not a fan of Science Fiction I have to admit that I really liked it, though it was too short.

The Man From Planet X. A ho-hum sci-fi thing about a stupid looking space alien and the usual bunch of stupid people who get involved with him. The actors acted like they didnt want to be there. Cant blame them, this thing was a real turkey. Good one to fall asleep to. The one interesting thing about it was that the heroine was played by Margeret Field, Sally Fields mother.

Old Fashioned. A pretty cool movie about dating and forgiveness. Not the typical romance flick that is put out there. It was good.
