Oh dont tempt me Fran, im 2 months off the stuff and i feel better already, it was either go cold turkey and snap after a week or have a Plan B ready so i stocked up on the aul 7-UP Free and its working nicely, 2 or 3 cans a week, and not a cider for weeks either.

Swing .. the only use for diet 7-Up is to add it to a big glass of white wine (from Aldi!) and make spritzer apart from that you'd be better off with water.
