Waking up to a crisp morning with a light rain...coffee on the patio with the Tucker-Cat and enjoying the smells and feel of Fall creeping in :)

My daughter being offered the opportunity to conduct back field this marching season. I say opportunity, because she is only in the 8th grade. I am so proud of what she is becoming.

Siphoned off my newly made Blush wine to begin clarification and sampled a bit with Gouda...and it turned out pretty good.
Yeah...I can turn water into wine, too...lol!
Of course it requires sugar, yeast and grapes :)

My granddaughter is 10 and I told my husband we need to spend as much time with her as she wants. Some day she will leave us in the dust :( We spoil her now but as soon as her hormones and boys kick in she will become an alien

My stepdaughter, grandson and granddaughter will be here soon for Sunday breakfast and games. Too bad it;s rainign or we would go apple picking. Maybe we can do that next Sunday:)

Gotta go start coooking :)
