B.H., ya know your sauerkraut recipe ?............do you like Turnips? if you do, try it w/ Turnips!...I threw in a beet, and voila! a few days later and LISTO!, a great " probiotic " ( and such a pretty color too ), it also works w/Okra....

Interesting, Suzy. Im not crazy about turnips but Ill give it a try with beets. I made some farmers cheese, its about ready. I had a gallon of milk that was sour when I bought it so I put a little salt in it and let it sit for a week or two. Strain the water out and you got some pretty good stuff. Kind of like cottage cheese but with a tart flavor. Good on tacos, stuff like that.suzy1124 wrote:Welcome aboard Greengirl!...

Nothing especially made me happy today except I got all my trash burnt. My garbage cans are all empty now. Big deal.
