I made some sauerkraut today, Havent done it for a while.

Thats a thought. But I would have to unlock the gate, get the car out, shut the gate, go to town to get the freshest cabbage (also the cheapest) come back home, open the gate, bring the car in, shut and lock the gate, go to the neighbors to get Digger, whenever I open the gate he goes to the neighbors they give him hot dogs. No, thats too much work for a head of cabbage. Today is my lazy day.

Maybe if I go to the neighbors they will give me hot dogs. Thats a thought.

I agree, no vale la pena!

thanks to you I've expanded my cabbage " repertoire " to beets, red peppers turnips, garlic, okra, etc...this stuff is very pricey online or in the supermarket,.........

Just water and a tight fitting jar and Voila ! RED cabbage works well too...
