What is grief, if not love persevering?
Grief is just love with no place to go.

Believe me Gravy it does. It has always worked for me. If you are on your own a training session will do. Skipping, Bag work, sit ups, pull ups, push ups etc. If you really put in the hard work your stress will float away, Although your body will be tired it will get easier with each session, and if you work out to your fav music you may just come to enjoy it.Gravy wrote:The one doing the hitting, yeah, but that other one just looks sadGannon wrote:Listen to my favourite music and Box. If you go hard for at least an hour I guarantee you will lose your stress.
Kidding. I've always thought sparring would kick stress in the butt

I feel the same way! (Not the running bit though, I can't run to save my life )EricLee wrote:Run! Also, I'm a firm believer that I perform better at work when under stress.
When I was in school, I got the most work done in the days right before something was due. Even if I started working on it weeks ahead of time, I didn't really start cranking things out until the deadline was looming!
