NATIONAL FRENCH FRIES DAY...

Post by suzy1124 »

From the wimpy frozen totally unacceptable Macdonald's fries to Nathan's thick cut scrumptious " steak fries...

Today's the day to celebrate!...sweet potato fries, here I come!....

Love, love, the Outback's French fried onion rings, ( Bloomin Onion )...I wonder , do ONIONS count ?

What's your fave ?

HOW DID I MISS THIS!?!? Oh wait... it's because I wasn't on this forum yet and completely cut off from the rest of the world.
I love fries! There's this restaurant called Gusto where I eat every Wednesday for lunch, and I always get this plate of fries. But I could eat fries from anywhere really.

Yeah, I know. I am super funny.

When I was a sophomore in high school, this freshmen in my art class came up and chatted with me for a while during class. I made him laugh, and he told me, "A, you're so funny.... lookin'." Then he went back to his group of friends on the other side of the room and laughed for a bit. Oddly, I wasn't at all offended. I thought it was pretty funny as well.

Anyway, to the potatoes. I could eat frozen ones as well and it wouldn't bother me at all. I haven't had sweet potato fries in forever. Sweet potatoes in Japan are purple, by the way.

I ate french fries from my favorite Gusto restaurant for dinner today! (Well, as part of my dinner, of course!)

Thanks! I am fine. Super safe here (as far as I have heard!) But isn't it terrible!

French fries are so good it's bad. I love them. Sweet potato fries are ones that I have tried recently, and to my surprise, they're pretty delicious.

Is there going to be a National Cheese Curd Day soon? Can we start a petition if there is not?
