I AGREE!...love krispy crunchy foods for everything EXCEPT COOKIES !

Compare a SOFT choc. chip cookie to a HARD one!...............imho, no contest!

Made some banana pudding with vanilla wafers... I love it when you get it set, and the wafers get all soft. YUM!

What about " fruit-cake " cookies, I've yet to try them...

Love just plain old chocolate grahams ( sandwich between marshmallows, micro, and voila, S'mores ! )
