Nombre (name): Julie
Age: Soon to be 22
Occupation: Captioning, freelance writing, running a indie game review site, attempting to make comics (both writing and drawing)
Passions: Comics, strongly narrative driven games, old music, just about anything "retro"

If you could live as a character in any book, which would you choose? Haven't found one yet.
Best entertainment read: Nothing yet?
Favorite genre: I'll read anything except erotica or religious novels
What draws you to a book? The cover art is very important. The combination of font type, color, size, and whatever artwork (or lack of) is placed on there is the very face of the book. It attracts the reader in so it's normally what I look for. If the author made a point to give a great book cover, I will automatically give it a look.
Favorite series: I'm such a kid - the Goosebump series (was very impactful in my youth!)
Favorite movie adaptation of a book: None yet.
How many books do you read, on avg. per month? I used to read about 3-4, and on a good month about 5-6. Trying to get back into that habit. Now it's about 1-2.
Library or bookstore? Prefer a bookstore.
Hardcover or paperback? Paperback, without a doubt. Much more flexible.
