Reminds me of a line from an old Billy Joel song, "I don't change channels so they must change me."

A few weeks ago I did the same thing - didn't change the channel and watched an entire episode of Big Brother. Afterward I felt like I needed a shower to cleanse myself of the sleezy exploitation and superficiality of it all. I'm sure I fried a few brain cells on that piece of garbage.
