Five Days Left; by julie lawson timmer

Post by Tami Sackett »

I read Timmer's first book "Five Days Left" and thoroughly enjoyed the story from beginning to end. She is a local author here in Michigan and I was first introduced to her work at our local library were she was doing a reading of this book. The book has been out for a few years now, so you may already be familiar with it. However for those of you who haven't read it, I can tell you it is worth a read. Timmer entwines 2 stories into one. Both families have serious decisions to make and only have 5 days left. One family must give up the child they have been fostering and the other family deals with the mother's disease. In my opinion , it was a real page turner and if you enjoy stories that really pull at the heartstrings, you will enjoy this one.
