If you are talking about how to stay motivated than I would say think about why your doing it and who for yourself perhaps or think of something or someone who inspires you it usually works for me.

One of the best ways to motivate yourself to write is to take on a day job that you really hate.

Insanity motivates me. My mental stability deteriorates when I don't write (depression mostly) so I write a little every day just to keep the demons away. I'm pretty prolific because of this (6 novels in three years) but I don't seek publication or pay (though I do put them up for free on Smashwords and Kindle). Therapy is the value I get back from writing.

I'm almost done with a draft of number 7 now and 8 and 9 are in the outlining stages. And all this derives from insisting on at least 1,000 words a day, even if it's dreck. I just deleted 5,000 words from my draft without a care the other day. A thousand words really adds up even after discarding a hefty percentage of it.

Remember the first time I hit the 60,000 word mark on a manuscript...my best friend and I popped a cork on a bottle of Martini and Rossi! ~laughing~ Carla

Its yourself who can help in this search.Because no one will be knowing the pattern that evokes your inner conscience. So what you do is simply relax and think what factor really peps you up and then go throughout or print if its accessible and paste it above your study desk or any where, where your eyes frequently goes. Don't talk about this matter to anyone just give wings to your motivation more and more through it and next you will be exploding with what you looking for.Good luck.
