Wow! Thank you for the great review! Looks like we have a potential best-seller on our hands!
Anything paranormal usually is of interest to most people, but the content sounds to be that of a serious nature. It has definitely piqued my interest and will have to get my hands on a copy :)

Although this book sounds intriguing, I am not sure it is a read for me. The paranormal aspects of the book do not trouble me at all, but the abuse of a child is hard to read. I do read books that deal with this horrific issue at times, but I find that I must be very selective about what I read and when. I have known too many children who have been abused and mistreated, making it a little too personal and real for me. That said, it does sound like an interesting read for the right person, and I am glad that there are authors who do not shy away from the hard subjects.
You can't get a cup of tea big enough or a book long enough to suit me.

A disturbing though often hilarious memoir, told uniquely through the eyes of a young child. This is a coming-of-age story of a boy, growing up in 1960s England. As shocking as it is, this is a story of survival and a boy’s desperate attempts to save his mother from the madness and the horror.
