Does anyone else like Kristin Hannah? I got started on reading her books when a friend lent the book Firefly Lane to me. So far all the other books of her I have read are good.

Firefly Lane was the first book I ever read by Kristin Hannah and I have to admit I absolutely hated it! I felt it was so predictable and such average "chick lit" that I was seriously unimpressed. However, my mom recommended I read The Nightingale recently and I was very hesitant, however, seeing it on the NYT Bestseller list for over a year I decided to give it a try and I was not disappointed! The Nightingale is one of the best novels I have read recently and it is making me rethink Kristin Hannah. I will definitely try this author again in the future.

I read The Nightingale and it was awesome!

I did not have much interest in the author when I read this book because I have never heard of her. A relative ordered this book randomly via Amazon. Since they did not want it, I decided to have it. I am glad that I made a good decision. My impression of Kristin Hannah is one of praise!

The only book I've read from her was The Nightingale and I do love it. It's one of the best historical fiction pieces I've read in a while.

The Nightingale & The Great Alone are on my "to read" list for sure. Haven't hear anything about Firefly Lane but it sounds kind of fluffy. Hoping to not be disappointed by The Nightingale... I have high expectations!

The only Kristin Hannah book I've read so far is The Nightingale, and I loved it. It's one of the few books that has ever made me cry.

The only book I have read by her was The Things We Do For Love, but I read it in one sitting, so based off that, I think she's great.
