Definitely JK Rowling. I have always been a major Harry Potter need, and I would love to sit down and talk with her. I have so many questions that I would love to ask if I ever got the chance.

Got to go with Rick Riordan. Brilliant guy, really making the old myths come to life for future generations

I gotta go with Stephen King. I feel like there is so much that isn't shared in his books that I'd love to see!

There are so many!
Geraldine Brooks who wrote the book March, which references one of my other favourite authors, Louisa May Alcott.
I would also love to talk to Agatha Christie, who exerted great control over her books, and discuss with her the process of turning books into plays; something she did many times.
I love authors who exhibit strong character traits and then reproduce these traits in their fictional counterparts.

Just read!

I would love to drink with George R.R. Martin.
1. I would love to discuss the way he starts writing books and how he determines where he wants to go with his stories.
2. If he gets drunk - I get spoilers. XD

I don't know how I'd choose just one author to have a beer with. Stephen King, Ayn Rand, R. Scott Bakker, Bukowski... I think it'd probably go from "which author would you like to have a beer with" to "which authors would you have many beers with" XD

Robert R. McCammon as he is an immensely talented storyteller and seems like a nice guy. Also, Stephen King as he is the master.

K.A. Tucker. She's recently became one of my favorites, and all of her books keep me on edge.
