Probably Ernest Hemingway and then Willa Cather was the next. I would like to read all of Jane Austen, Edith Wharton, Virginia Woolf, and Dickens, but that will take me awhile.

Definitely Mary Higgins Clark. I'm not as much a fan of the books she co-wrote with her daughter Carol but still love her writing style and how neatly she weaves everything together.

I absolutely loved to read and my most treasured books from when I was really young were the Hardy Boys and the Nancy Drew Mysteries.

I have read the Harry Potter Series. Then, after reading the Sister's Keepers by Jodi Picoult I started reading her books. In addition, I have started reading Nicholas Sparks' books after reading The Last Song. Now, I'm reading everything by Sarah Dessen.

As a teen, I was introduced to the works of Gene Stratton Porter by my mother and I've read everything I could put my hands on that she wrote. I dearly loved Freckles, Girl of the Limberlost, The Harvester, Beekeeper, Her Father's Daughtr and Daughter of the Land. Guess that gives you an idea that I am older than dirt.

Diane Mott Davidson, who is the author of the Goldie Bear Mysteries. I got hooked on them in the nineties with "Catering to Nobody" and have read every one of them since.

As a Trekker, I also read everything by Peter David. He is one of the best Star Trek authors ever.

Ted Dekker, was my first "have to read them all" author. I still know just when every single book comes out. I have quite a few of them now though. Cheree Alsop, Patricia Briggs, C.L. Stone, to name a few. I am teaching my daughter to read now, I can wait to see if she'll follow in my footsteps with reading!

OMG, Laurel K. Hamilton, I just fell in love with her Meredith Gentry series. Stimulating, seductive, so completely out of this world that I was swept away. Another series is by Lara Adrian, so hot, sensually attractive, page turner, stayed up way too late.

That definitely had to be Stephenie Meyer for me. I had to read every single book, and it took me about two weeks to read all of them. I have a habit of reading all day long if the book is so good that you can't put it down. The next author, for me, was Nicholas Sparks. I definitely had a hard time putting down The Last Song, even though I was in tears at the end.
