Can't post back to back

This is a similiar problem as another thread on here. However my problem is that I can't make a post, submit it and then post again right after, it says I have to wait for someone else to post or edit my previous post.

I thought I have seen other people post back-to-back but I could be mistaken.

Please let me know if this is a tic or if those are just the rules?

I think that is one of the 'super powers' that only moderators have ... us mere mortals are not allowed talk to ourselves

Seems to be just a feature of the software im afraid, cant really change it
