20 Bonus Popularity Points?

Post by mewsmash »

The banners say that by sharing the GOTD through 4 social media outlets and claiming those extra entries, you can get 20 bonus points. If you only use one social media and claim those entries, will you get 5 points added to your score? Or is it all or nothing?

Actually, I get 5 points for only doing Pinterest, so I am assuming you get 5 points for each type of social media - Twitter, Facebook, etc.

I think you have to do it everyday to get the points. It goes down by one the day you miss I think. You don't have to do all the sites though. Its 5 points per site. There is information in the review team section about it. If you go to your check score where the breakdown of points is. In the section where it explains the breakdown there is a link that says learn more by the bonus points section.

I might not be the brightest tool in the shed, but I'm confused about how this works. Do I get the points just by entering the drawing everyday? Because, I don't see a place to share the BOTD drawing.

When you enter the BOTD giveaway each day, there is a list of places to share the BOTD that appear after you do the initial entry - Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.

You get the points not for just doing the basic initial entry into the giveaway but for also claiming the bonus entry on the respective social sites.

It's up to 5 points for each of the four social sites used. One point per day entered of the last five.
