For the public author pages on Bookshelves, there is a small link below the main image on the left that reads: [Incorrect image?]

Click that to report it to the moderators to delete incorrect images.

I'm not sure there is a simple way to specific which image if it won't be clear to the moderator which image is incorrect. In this case, you can follow up by sending in a message using the contact form. The contact link should be on every page, both in the header and the footer of the website.
