Quick Question: Submitted review status

Post by AA1495 »

I have a quick question: When I go to history, for one of my reviews, I can see the editor score and comments, but the status says "pending". This has been the case for more than 24 hours. Is this common/ a procedure or is it a technical error?
This was a free review.

Thanks for your help :D

When you click on your score, do you see more than one editors comments? They allow more than one editor to comment and score to ensure accuracy.
Sometimes it takes a little while though. If it's taken more than a week for it to be published or rejected, you should contact Scott and he will check in to it for you. :)

I've noticed even with paid reviews it is taking a while, I'm coming up to 2 weeks and it still shows the author has not confirmed the blurb. Seems to have been the case in quite a few hold ups for paid reviews.

I have also had two reviews in a row where the authors haven't replied to the blurb approval request. It's frustrating. By the way, you can request for Scott to approve the blurb if the author hasn't confirmed the blurb within one week. A link will appear on the ending blurb page after one week.

For mine, it took more than a week before it was successfully published. Maybe just wait it out.

I will have to go back, and check it. Scotton published the review yesterday since it is taking so long, it still shows the author hasn't confirmed it.

If your review was published by Scott yesterday, then I assume the author's approval is irrelevant after that (due to the length of time that's passed).

My auto correct does a lot worse than that. Sometimes my iPhone texts look like gibberish if I send them before checking. :)

Yeah, I wish I had screen shots of some of my autocorrects. The Samsung Galaxy 7 seems to be the worstrick out of there galaxy series as far as autocorrect. Regular words used everyday get autocorrected like crazy.
