You should have a list of options there and you should mark one of them.kbeckmeyer wrote:That sends me back to the forum where I posted this...

This is a list of the options. The second or third ones should help. They do lead to a page with a link to this forum, but there should be a place to type and send a message down below thatI want to know how to join the review team.
I am already a part of the review team and have an issue with the review team system.
I am an author/publisher who requested a review and have a problem/question about that.
I have a question about using Bookshelves.
I want to delete/deactivate my account.
I have different question/problem not listed above.
What is grief, if not love persevering?
Grief is just love with no place to go.

You can also choose the last option.

kbeckmeyer wrote:Thanks, yes, I realized that (although I obviously didn't beforehand because no where on your site does it say that) after I got the email saying the same thing. I merely wanted to contact you because I keep getting angry emails asking me to update the status of the review I agreed to do, which I obviously can't. This will be the last time I explain myself (I mean, seriously, did you read my original message??). I was only trying to do my due diligence for the review that I am no longer able to complete.
On the Review team page under "Important: Other Terms and Policies" it says so:
It is prohibited to be a member of the review team and submit a review request.
