Information About a Book I'm Reviewing

Post by MsMartha »

Once I've selected a book to review, I can no longer see information about it, such as how it was classified. I forgot to note this for the book I'm working on now. I would think it was "Other Fiction", but is there a way for me to find this out? Thanks!

I don't think there is. You can look for some info about it on Amazon.

Hi gali--I looked on Amazon before I posted this, but they don't have a classification like we have here. Thanks for the suggestion, though.

Have you looked on the bookshelves as was suggested?

Gave that a try--and did find a book and other entries with the title word in an entry or part of the name of another book. Didn't find the book itself.

In general, if a book is on the Select list, does it also get entered to the Bookshelves right away, or not until the review is done? I'm guessing that could happen in several different ways--for example, someone could have read and added it before a review was requested.

Thanks for your help!

I think they're added to the shelves right away :eusa-think:
You could try searching for the author.

In any case :good-luck-smiley:
