Hi,
I just joined today and have not been able to get my email verification. The address is correct and nothing is going into my bulk mail either. I have been getting email from other sources today so I know that much is working. Any suggestions? Thank you for your help, Debra

Have you checked with your email provider? If so, what did they say? If not, you would need to check with your email provider.

It's unfortunate but some email providers will simply refuse to deliver 'suspected spam' at all to their clients, with no notice to their clients that the clients are missing some emails from some people.

@ash77atc I'm sorry. What did your email provider say about it when you asked them about it?

ATT was absolutely no help. They said that there is no problem with my email account and no reason why I should not be receiving emails. I've troubleshot and everything and nothing is working. I have added the address to my contact list as well.

Hi, @ash77atc

I have looked it up in the logs manually by your email address. ATT is indeed blocking the email.

You would need to re-raise the issue with them about why they are blocking email with no notice to you and no real option for you to 'whitelist' the sender so you can get the email--and even worse telling you they are not doing that.

However, my suggestion would be to stop using ATT's email and move to a different email provider--since ours is surely not the only email being blocked with no notice and no way to get it like that. There are plenty of other free email services that are just as good if not better about filtering spam, but they filter it in a way which will show the email in a junk/spam folder and/or provide a way in which you can genuinely whitelist senders.

I'm sorry for the trouble.

I will PM you the relevant technical information from my error log if you want to give it to ATT support, just in case. However, I'm doubtful they will be much of any help in the matter.

I got the link and click on it, it said I was verified. But on the RT page it says it's not and I got negative points for having an unverified email. Please help.

Have you tried refreshing your score?

Do you see an option to re-send the verification link on the Review Team page?

Yes I tried refreshing and I tried to resend the link.
And you clicked the link when it was resent?
