Trouble accessing website

I am not sure if i should contact Scott directly with this issue or if any of the admin team would be able to help.

I am unable to connect to the website when using my computer, it times out without loading anything. I am able to connect when i use my mobile phone data which made me think it was my internet providers (Optus) problem.

I have contacted Optus and after doing a trace on the website they have found the time out issue is occuring here as if the website is blocking access from Optus.

Is there anyway to fix this problem as i love the website but having to use my phone to see it gets annoying after long periods of time.

Do you only have trouble with this site? Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?

Yes it is just this website i have trouble with.
I have tried clearing both cache and cookies and tried using other browers but no luck

@CaitCupcake I'm sorry you have experienced this problem. I have sent you a PM with the steps needed to troubleshoot this problem so I can get it fixed for you.

I also just updated one of the firewalls. That might help if your were being blocked due to some kind of false positive in the firewall.

Thank you, Cait, for bringing the error to our attention and for taking the time to deliver the technical details the specialists needed to fix the problem. Indeed, they found your IP range was blocked in the hardware node, and unblocked it. Unfortunately, they told me they couldn't figure out why it had been blocked, which isn't ideal to me, but the problem is resolved.
