In the past several days, I've noticed that I am no longer receiving emails for new posts on my reviews or topics I've previously posted to. Has the policy on this changed recently?

The policy has not changed. Have you received any emails from the site in that time?

Would you mind double checking your spam or junk folder if you have not already?

None of the emails went to spam. I had been checking my spam folder since there was a short time a few months ago when the emails had been going to spam. I did receive a notification email last week that my review was published. However, I didn't receive an email this weekend that my latest review was published.

Perhaps people have just been more quiet? or are there new posts and you're not just receiving emails? I know there were a couple days of silence in my email from here as well, but it just seems there weren't any new comments.

Nothing has changed. The mode defaults to yes for getting emails for replies.

The problem is there were new posts on my reviews and topics I had posted in, but I did not receive email updates about them. I only noticed the replies after looking at a few of my reviews.

I had it happen to me too. :/ Earlier this month it did it and I wasn't getting any notifications about comments on any of the he book reviews that I had done. But over the last few days it has been fine.

Thanks TrishaAnn for your input. Maybe it's just a glitch that resolve itself.

Yeah maybe. After not being on much I was wondering why I wasn't getting any emails.

This actually gives me an idea. Probably not the problem, but worth mentioning...
If you get a comment notification, but don't visit the thread while logged in, it won't send you another one until you have.

I see your point Gravy, but this is a case where I am getting zero emails. I do keep up-to-date on the replies to my reviews so I don't think that's where the problem lies.

I receive emails for new posts, so maybe it is a glitch. Scott will take care of it I'm sure.

Hi Gali, I had been getting the new post emails until recently. It's more of a convenience, especially if I'm not home. I can check my mail on my phone and quickly post a reply to a post or PM.

@bookowlie

Do the topics show up in your subscriptions in the User Control Panel?
