Suggestions to fix site bugs/issues

So that we can provide faster and better support, this forum (the "Public Suggestion Box") has been retired. Instead, please send any suggestions you have to us using the official website contact form.

This allows us to streamline our support system so that we can get to your message much faster. Instead of our support staff having to check three different places (support forum, suggestion box, and contact form messages), they know can respond to all message through one method, with that one method being the official website contact form.

Suggestions to fix site bugs/issues

Post by bluefrog »

first I could not open the book I wanted to review so I reported the error that same night. Then I get an email that my account would be deleted because I had not updated my staus of the book review. So, I have reported the error again. the e-mail also said to contact a "Scott" if I received the message in error but, it did not list his e-mail adress, so I came on the site to try and pm Scot. Only to find that I am not allowed to use the pm feature. So suggestions: include an e-mail adress in those warning e-mail messages, make it so if one reports an error in the process of getting a book, the system clears and no longer shows that he/she is reviewing a book. 3rd give new members the ability to pm admin. I thought this would be a great way to get free kindle books but so far all ive gotten is frustration.

@bluefrog I emailed you back on the same day when you sent the first error report about two weeks ago, and you did not respond. I also already responded by email to the error report you sent yesterday. I always check the error reports before I browse the suggestion forum if I get to check the suggestion forum at all that day. I'm sorry you are having trouble with the book. I look forward to helping you resolve the problem.
