I am sure this has been asked before, but I couldn't find the answer through the FAQ's or a search. What is the difference between the green and grey bars next to the topics?
What is the meaning of a starred topic? I thought stars signified a paid review vs. an unpaid review. Are starred topics shown first or are there instances where unstarred topics are featured?
