Please check the Author Dashboard for up-to-date information. A link to that page should have been emailed to you when you submitted your review request AND should be in the header of the forum when you are logged in. The link should also be included with any other emails regarding your review. Needless to say, authors and other general advertisers who have purchased a package are entitled to priority service and faster more in-depth technical support. While this can be frustrating for those requesting the free service, please understand this is not
a bait and switch; we have done thousands of free reviews without issue.

The moderators regularly monitor the Suggestion Box; I check the error reports and messages sent through the methods mentioned above, and other things, before browsing the suggestion box if I get to browse the suggestion box at all in a given day. We want to help you as fast as possible and these procedures are here so you can get help or have your message read and responded to as fast and as helpfully as possible.
