So that we can provide faster and better support, this forum (the "Public Suggestion Box") has been retired. Instead, please send any suggestions you have to us using the official website contact form.

This allows us to streamline our support system so that we can get to your message much faster. Instead of our support staff having to check three different places (support forum, suggestion box, and contact form messages), they know can respond to all message through one method, with that one method being the official website contact form.

Latest Review: "Kaitlyn a Wants To See Ducks" by Jo meserve Mach and Vera Lynne Stroup- Rentier

I've been wondering if one of my reviews got lost in the shuffle. I haven't had any indication that it was rejected, but it's been nearly a month. I wasn't saying anything because, since it can take Scott several weeks to respond to a private message, I just figured it probably takes even longer to get to the reviews. However, I've since reviewed another book, submitted a review and that one has been published. I haven't been here long enough to know whether this is normal or not. I saw that in a similar case, Scott was waiting on the author of the book. So, if any admin could respond, my two questions are, at what point should I consider the situation unusual and contact Scott about it, and, since the author mailed me a physical book, with a return address and PR material about her publishing company, can I just mail the author a copy of the review, so she doesn't have to wait any longer for it, or does that violate the site rules?

You should pm Scott about it, if you haven't yet.

You shouldn't mail the author a copy of the review, since it is against the rules.
